These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SoftPro products and services. By using SoftPro, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service Description

SoftPro is an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) providing accounting and management software. SoftPro may enable transactional communications (e.g., notifications, alerts, OTP) on behalf of business clients.

2) Acceptable Use

You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal content.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate customer contact data and permissions.

3) Messaging Consent & Compliance

You represent and warrant that you have obtained valid end-user consent (opt-in) before sending messages. You must provide opt-out instructions and honor opt-out requests promptly.

Important: Non-compliance may result in suspension of messaging features to protect users and comply with carrier and platform policies.

4) Suspension and Termination

SoftPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services (in whole or in part) if we reasonably believe there is misuse, policy violation, or legal risk.

5) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients are responsible for the content of messages sent via their brand and accounts.

6) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SoftPro after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
