Messaging Policy (Opt-In / Opt-Out)

This Messaging Policy explains how SoftPro-enabled messaging works, including consent (opt-in), message types, and how users can opt out.

1) Opt-In (User Consent)

Messages are sent only after explicit consent is provided by the end user or the business client via agreements, system enrollment, or documented permissions.

  • We support consent records maintained by our business clients.
  • We do not enable messaging to purchased or scraped lists.

2) Message Types

Common transactional messages include:

  • Invoice notifications
  • Payment confirmations
  • Account alerts (balances, due dates, reminders)
  • One-time passwords (OTP) and verification codes

3) Opt-Out (Stop Messages)

Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP (SMS) or by using the equivalent WhatsApp opt-out message supported by the sender/business.

Once opted out, the user will no longer receive messages unless they opt in again.
